service & Repair

We believe in getting it right.

We are fully licensed and insured and maintain a staffed brick and mortar location right here in Nashville. We employ a full-time office team and skilled service department. When you call, you get a real person, not a machine. We treat customers the way we want to be treated.

Employee turnover is very low. The technician visiting your property will likely be familiar with your system and preferences.

We use contractor-grade equipment. We are proud to be a Rain Bird® Select and Hunter Preferred contractor. Our experts are trained on two-wire systems and our parts and installation methods stand the test of time. We offer a full one year warranty on parts and labor. Manufacturer warranties vary by product.

We offer a full range of services including start-up and winterizations; backflow testing; system updates; and maintenance agreements.

Our systems are designed for conserving water utilizing rain sensors, smart controllers, and pressure-regulating heads. Aqueduct systems cost less to own and operate and can save up to 40% on the cost of watering.

We respect your spaces and install with a minimum of damage to your lawn. Trenches are hand-raked, seeded and returned to grade. Pipes are routed to avoid cutting large tree roots.

Service trucks are GPS-located, routed and radio-dispatched. Our fleet is fully stocked with parts, wire trackers and appropriate tools in order to service your system quickly and efficiently.

We’ve got you covered all season long.

spring activation – startup

Get your system started the worry free way. Our experts will turn your system’s water on and test your backflow device, valves, sprinkler heads and controller to make sure everything is performing efficiently. Should repairs be required, you will be notified and provided an estimate prior to any work being done.

winterization – deactivation

Few things cause more damage to irrigation systems than frozen pipes. Our skilled team turns your system water off, drains your backflow and uses regulated air pressure to purge your lines of water. Incorrect use of air pressure can damage your system, so make sure you hire an experienced company like Aqueduct to winterize your system.

The Best in the Business

We adhere to only the highest standards. This leads us to employ highly skilled, extremely knowledgeable technicians. This is augmented by our ongoing, company-wide education program. This affirms that you’re getting only the best technicians who meet Aqueduct’s exacting standards before they even step onto your property.

A lot of companies will charge you a tempting price per hour in order to lure your business. Once you contract them, they take longer to do the work in order to make up the daily overhead it takes to keep a truck and an employee on the road. We bill you by the hour for technicians who can perform the work in less time and give you the benefit of the most current techniques, products and skills. And remember, our technicians are supported by employee depth and experience unmatched by any of our competitors.
